World in Transition

The World Affairs Council of St. Louis (WAC) is waiting to hear from you and to help you achieve this goal with visual enhancements that are unforgettable.
The WAC invites you to an annual “world in transition” seminar through which free kits are made available, consisting of a series of video tapes, teacher guides, workbooks, and other materials. Each module covers a specific region such as the Middle East, Europe, Africa, Latin America, Russia and other former Soviet Republics, East Asia and South Asia. The seminar lasts one Day and is presented at ? in (month of the year). Materials include background essays, lesson plans and a video filled with brief documentaries about the region (x minutes in length). The Council also provides teacher training in the use of these materials.
